The cellar
Six hundred wines, a third from Savoy
Beneath the villa, an old ice house holds the cellar. Hugo Ferrand brings together the Savoy winemakers he visits each year, from Chignin to Arbin, and great bottles from all over France.
Each menu can come with a wine pairing. Hugo also creates alcohol-free pairings: pressed juices, mountain herb infusions, house ferments.
