Hugo Ferrand invites three Savoy winemakers to share our table: an estate from Chignin, another from the Combe de Savoie and a young winemaker from the Arve valley.
Clément creates a five-course menu around their wines, from altesse to mondeuse. Each winemaker presents their wine and answers your questions.
